2021 Price list
A Deposit is placed at the time of your order and the remaining amount is due in the fall after the beef hanging weight has been received from the processor. The cost of processing will be included in the final price unless you plan to pick up your own beef, in which case you would pay your own processing.
Hanging weight of a whole beef may vary but averages 380lbs. per side. Price of processing is based on Ridge Cattle Co. 2021 Price Schedule. All orders require a deposit of $100.00

All prices are based on hanging weight, we think this is the fairest way for the customer.
Hanging weight is supplied by the processor, so there is no room for error on our part.

Steaks are packaged with two steaks per pack, Approx 1" thick
Hamburg is packaged in 1 lb. packages
Roasts are Approx 3-lb Cuts
All Retail Processing and packaging is done by a PA certified Dept of Ag Slaughter house

Our GRASS-FED BEEF are available seasonally, corresponding with the end of the warm- grass-growing season.
We process our BEEF at the end of the summer/fall season which allows them to be at their prime, right before winter sets in.
BEEF can be reserved year-round , but butchering time, unless otherwise specified
will begin in September and may extend into October, while the beef are well finished from the good summer grasses.
